After landing at No. 1 in the College Football Playoff Rankings, Ohio State will shift its attention to a possible Week 10 trap game against Rutgers.
The Buckeyes are sitting at a perfect 8-0 and in complete control of their CFP destiny. With just four games left on the schedule, including a highly anticipated matchup against Michigan on Nov. 25, it would be easy for Ohio State to overlook a Rutgers team that didn't provide much of a challenge last year.
But these Scarlet Knights are new and improved. Rutgers moved to 6-2 with a 31-14 victory over Indiana last month, becoming bowl eligible and reaching that win total for the first time since 2014.
